Booking a removal company around 3-4 weeks in advance of your desired moving date is generally a good idea. This allows you to secure your preferred booking day and ensures that we have enough time to make the necessary arrangements for your move.

While it's best to book as early as possible, Denix Moving has flexible resources and tries to accommodate last-minute moves.

Yes, certainly we do.

For small relocation, we will ask you to list all items you would like to move over the phone call. If you prefer to communicate via email, you can simply send us a list or fill up our inventory form.

For bigger relocation, we recommend doing a video-call survey, or if you prefer you can make a video yourself including all items for relocation, and send us via email or WhatsApp.

The video survey can be booked at the most suitable time for you.

Once you accept our quote we can book you in.

To book and secure your relocation we do require a 30% deposit.

A confirmation email will be sent after the deposit has been received.
